Bankroller of King Faisal FC, Alhaji Grusah has called for huge support for the club after a brighter start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
The ‘Insha Allah’ outfit have been outstanding so far winning three of their opening four games of the season with nine points.
King Faisal set-off their campaign with a narrow victory over WAFA, they strived on to surprisingly silence Aduana Stars in Dawu before edging out AshantiGold SC and losing narrowly to Berekum Chelsea.
In an interview with Haske Radio in Kumasi, the veteran administrator has expressed his profound gratitude to the most high for their explosive start and has also advised all King Faisal fans to do well to troop to the stadium in numbers to support the team in their subsequent home games.
He said; “We expressed huge gratitude to God for the victory. We prepared very well but won with the might of the Almighty.”
“There has been lots of things behind our recent form. We released over 10 players last season and made some few additions reason behind our form.”
“We are urging all our supporters to also support the club financially. They should do well to come to the stadium to support the club with the little they can also afford because they are the reason we reduce the gate fees. We also need their prayers too.”
