Asante Kotoko are pruning their squad size to allow the coming in of new ones as the club has so far signed eight players to augment the squad.
Emmanuel Sarkodie, Ibrahim Osman and Godfred Asiamah are players who are likely to leave Asante Kotoko on loan to join King Faisal’s preseason in Kumasi.
Haske Sports can reveal that King Faisal will be moving to a secret camping next week and will be having the Asante Kotoko trio on loan till the end of the 2021/22 season in their squad.
The “Insha Allah” boys struggled to survive the Ghana Premier League 2020/21 season as it took them the last round of matches to seal a berth in the upcoming season.
They have had a lot of key figures left the club after the end of last season in Eric Donkor, Latif Salifu, Danlad Ibrahim, and Kwame Peprah who is with PSL side Orlando Pirates.
The coming of the Asante Kotoko’s rejected players will supplement the large number of players that have left the King Faisal squad.
