Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have, today, Monday, Sept 20, 2021 started preseason training at the Adako Jachie training grounds ahead of the 2021/22 season at 3 PM.
The playing body and technical team gathered last Thursday in Kumasi to usher in preparations ahead of the season which took off today.
Majority of the players were present at the team’s opening training session supervised by newly appointed head coach Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum and his two assistants David Ocloo and John Eduafo.
Newly signed Richmond Lamptey, formerly of Inter Allies and Maxwell Agyemang from Wamanafo Mighty Royals were part of the team in today’s training session together with the old guns.
The Ghana Football Association have scheduled 29 October, 2021 for the date for the start of the 2021/22 season.
