the chief of fulani community in the Ashanti region of Ghana, Usman bin Ahmed has called on the Muslim community to come out in their numbers to partake in the ongoing Census exercise.
Expressing his grievances over lack of the exercise to cover some of the populace within and outside his community, He call on the statiscal team for the work to be extended to every corner of the country.
The exercise which started on the 27th June and will end on sunday 11th of July is expected to cover everyone.
He made this statement in an interview with Haske News reporter on Tuesday, 6th july 2021.
He further deem it important for every person, especially the Muslim community to involve themselves as to ascertain the real figure of muslims in the country.
On the part of education, He call on the parents to enrol their wards into schools, more especially muslim community schools like sakafia Islamic, azhariya Islamic, uthmaniyya and Nurul Ameen Islamic school.
Moreover, he cited this school’s as an example to what happened some months ago concerning the Christian faith schools brouhaha.
On the issues of security, he advised Muslim community, and to be precise the youth to refrain from a mantra in which they are being used to perpetrate violence.
Lastly, he called on the muslim leaders to come together under one umbrella to unite in order to seek out for a development
